Grape variety: 100% Malbec
Soil: Sandy with abundant organic matter, good draining conditions of the soil. Deep root growth.
Production area: Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza - Argentina.
Alcohol: 14.4%
Sensory Analysis: Intensely brilliant purplish red color with hints of blueberry. Prevalence of red fruits and a light woody aroma that come together in an excellent combination. In the mouth it is exuberant and lively.
Vinification: The grapes are macerated for 4 days, after which the temperature of the must is increased and the alcoholic fermentation process begins thanks to the selected yeasts. At its end, the post-fermentation maceration starts for about 7 days through a periodic control through tasting.
Maturation and refinement: Malbec wine is left in French and American oak barrels for 12 months to begin their malolactic fermentation. Refined in bottle for 3 to 5 months before being marketed.
Pairing: Empanadas and Argentine meat.
