Soil: Stones on a calcareous base that impedes deep root growth. It allows for a good water storage.

Organoleptic Analysis: The aroma of chardonnay is full of fresh tropical fruit and vanilla nuances. Pears, peaches and Custer cream aromas lead to a a creamy, soft and enveloping finish.
Winemaking: The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at very cold temperatures to keep the fruit bright.
Maturation and aging: After fermentation, the wine is left for 12 months in French oak barrels and then it undergoes a malolactic fermantions that gives more complexity
Food Pairings: Hamburger gourmet, lobster and mussels
